Can I simply refuse delivery rather than create a return?Updated a year ago
If you no longer want your purchase and are unable to cancel the order due to it already having been shipped, please book a return for your order rather than simply refusing delivery.
Booking your return through our online returns portal is quick and easy. It helps us manage your return request and process the return quickly, in addition to supplying you with return status updates along the way.
If you choose to refuse delivery of your order instead of booking a return through the returns portal, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee when we receive the return back at our warehouse. In addition, we will prioritize returns booked through our online returns portal. Lastly, should your refused package contain any items that would not be allowed for returns based on our returns policy, those items will not be refunded.
