Yes, when you choose to exchange your purchase for a different item, or when you choose to return your item for store credit.

If your purchase simply didn't work out for you as well as you had hoped, we want to make changing to a better item a smooth process for you. This means that if you need to change sizes, select a different color, or even try a different item entirely, both your return shipping and exchange shipping are completely free.

If you elect to return your purchase for a refund to your original payment method, you can either ship the item back to us using a carrier and label of your own choosing, or use a prepaid shipping label that we provide (just note that the cost of our label will be deducted from your refund when we process your return).
