My shoe size and foot size aren't the same. How do I choose the right size insole?Updated 2 years ago

We typically see two situations like this:

  1. Your foot is medium width, but you wear wide-width shoes; or, your foot is narrow width, but you wear medium-width shoes.
  2. Your foot is most commonly one shoe size, but you own and wear a different size shoe (for example, your foot is a women's size 8, but you are wearing a women's size 9 shoe).

In either situation, you should purchase the size insole that corresponds with your shoe size. In situation #1 above, if you have a medium-width foot but wear a wide-width shoe, you'd want to purchase a wide-width insole. Similarly, in situation #2 above, if you have a size 8 foot but wear a size 9 shoe, you'd want to purchase a size 9 insole.
