What can be returned?

Many of the insoles we offer have a "Wear-Test Guarantee" that allows you to trim, use, and wear the insole for a certain period of time to see how it works for you. Insoles with this guarantee can always be returned, so long as the return is created before the end of the wear test period.
To see what insoles are eligible, look for the "Wear Test Guarantee" information on any product page on our website. Products eligible for the guarantee will show how long the guarantee is good for.

The item must be returned unused, unless covered by a wear-test guarantee (see above). This means that the insole cannot be trimmed, molded, worn, or otherwise used/altered in any way.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and must include all instructions, documentation, accessories, packing materials, etc. that were included with the item when it was delivered.
Do not adhere your return shipping label to the product packaging. Place the item in a shipping container such as a bag or box, then adhere the return label to that container.

What cannot be returned?

No item that is worn directly against the skin, including but not limited to socks, sleeves, and braces, may be returned, unless covered by a wear-test guarantee (see above).
We unfortunately cannot make exceptions to this policy and will be unable to accept returns for such goods, even if the item is unused. We appreciate your understanding.

Consumable items are items such as sprays, cleaners, or other items designed to be used rather than worn.
We unfortunately cannot make exceptions to this policy and will be unable to accept returns for consumable goods, even if the item is unused. We appreciate your understanding.

Any item listed on our "Sale" page or otherwise indicated to be either a clearance, closeout, or "all sales final" item cannot be returned for any reason.
Please note that these items are offered at a significantly discounted price, and as such we cannot make exceptions to this policy for these items.
