What happens if I send something back with my return that I didn't originally book?Updated 2 years ago

If you already booked your return for one or more items from your order, and afterwards decide that you want to add additional items to your return, we'd request that you book a second return for the additional items, even if you ship both returns together.

If shipping two separate return requests in one package, please be sure to include the RMA number for both returns in the package. This will ensure that we're able to quickly and accurately process your return when we receive it.

If we receive your return and it contains additional items that were not booked:

• If the items meet the criteria set in our return policy for which items can be returned, we'll process a store credit for the value of the return.
• If the items do not meet the criteria set in our return policy for which items can be returned, you'll receive no refund or store credit for the items, and the items will be discarded.
