What size should I order?Updated 2 years ago
For products that use shoe sizing as their size selection, select the size that best matches the size shoe that you wear. For example, if an insole has the options "Men's 8-9" and "Men's 10-11" as two options and you typically wear a men's size 10 shoe, you would want to select the "Men's 10-11" option.
If you are between sizes, we typically recommend sizing up. Using the above example again, if you typically wear a men's size 9.5 shoe, you would want to select the "Men's 10-11" size insole.
For products that use other sizing systems, such as "Small," "Medium," etc. we typically post the corresponding shoe sizes in the product details. Please check the sizing guide or product details for that product to see which size would work best for you.
Lastly, all of our numeric shoes sizes are in U.S. sizing. We have a handy conversion guide available to help match U.S. sizing to U.K. and E.U. sizing, as well as to inches and millimeters in case you're still not sure.
